Productive and healthy through pandemic.

In May 2020, Shopify made the decision to become “Digital by Default”, which means the company no longer wants to be office-centric. As part of this strategy, they offered their employees a stipend for their home office requirements.

After the Shopify MySpace program was launched globally, we took over for EMEA. The provided standard products are Aeron, Sayl and Ratio (later on Nevi). After we managed the ordering process, procurement, shipping and after sales support of +400 products to 300 addresses all over Europe from October 2020 to February 2021, the project and thus the cooperation with Herman Miller and Shopify will be continued. Despite the challenges of a worldwide pandemic and Brexit, our customer support recorded a below-average return and complaint rate. Later in the project each employee could log into a sub shop of our retail brand store DesignCabinet® and purchase what they need for their home offices.
